Grievance Day Information

The Board of Assessment Review / Grievance Day for the Town of Herkimer shall henceforth take place on the first Thursday following the fourth Tuesday in May each year.

Call the assessor for application information and requirements for unequal or excessive designation on the application.

NOTE: You may need to prepare comparable information to present to the Assessment Review Board. Ask the Assessor for details. If you don't plan to appear in person, be sure the assessor has your application ahead of time.
