Receiver of Taxes

The Taxes that are collected at the Town of Herkimer are Town and County Taxes from January 1st to March 31st and School Taxes September 1st to October 31st.

Any taxes that have to be paid after these deadlines will have to be paid at the Herkimer County Treasurer's Office, located at 109 Mary Street, Suite 3100, Herkimer, New York 13350. The phone number for the Treasurer's Office is 315-867-1146
